1 VENDOR WILL SUPPLY ALL PARTS, 1 JB 7650.00 7650.00 LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL TO REPLACE THE EXISTING GREASE TRAP AND PIPING WITH A CONCRETE CONSTRUCTED TRAP (1,000 GALLONS, IF POSSIBLE) AT THE CENTRAL ALABAMA VETERANS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (CAVHCS), 215 PERRY HILL ROAD, MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA 36109. VENDOR WILL ENSURE THAT EQUIPMENT IS COMPLETELY OPERATIONAL BEFORE LEAVING SITE. IF COST EXCEEDS QUOTED PRICE, VENDOR WILL CALL FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO MAKING REPAIRS. ITEMS PER JB: 1
