Once a match is identified, the dataset suggests these review actions. Glassbox VA does not prescribe outcomes — these are calibrated options for contracting officers, auditors, and program officers, framed as correlations to investigate.
A registration lapse after contract completion is routine. A lapse during performance, or with open orders, deserves a call to the contracting officer.
