THIS BPA FOR ABRASIVES/POLISHERS, BURS & DIAMONDS INSTRUMENTS IS ESTABLISHED AS PART OF THE MULIPLE INCENTIVE BPA PROGRAM FOR THIS PRODUCT. THIS IS A NON-MANDATORY, NON-STANDARDIZED BPA THAT CAN BE UTILIZZED AT THE DISCRETION OF VA FACILITIES. HOWEVER, VA FACILTIES MUST MAKE BES VALUE DETERMINATION WHEN SELECTING AN INCENTIVE BPA FOR THIS PRODUCT LINE.
