Base award description: THIS BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) IS ISSUED FOR VIRTUAL LIFETIME ELECTRONIC RECORDS (VLER) HEALTH COMMUNITIES EVALUATION. TASKS ISSUED UNDER THIS BPA SHALL BE FOR THE EVALUATION OF VLER HEALTH COMMUNITIES (VHCS) WITH RESPECT TO COST AND QUALITY OUTCOMES, FOLLOWING THE GOVERNMENT EVALUATION PLAN.
