Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS IDIQ FOR CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE REVIEW AND MONITORING OF EUL PROJECTS IN THE POST-TRANSACTION PHASE OF THE LIFECYCLE (I.E. AFTER LEASE EXECUTION), INCLUDING INDEPENDENT TRUST AGREEMENTS, ACCOUNTING SERVICES, FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR ALL FINANCIAL STRUCTURES UNDER THE ENHANCED-USE LEASE PROGRAM, AND TO PROVIDE AUDITING SERVICES. THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR WILL ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND ONGOING TRANSACTION OF EXECUTED ENHANCED-USE LEASES AND ALSO TO OBTAIN POST TRANSACTION SERVICES SUPPORT FOR SECTION 111 HISTORIC REUSE PROJECTS.
