IGF::OT::IGF. MODIFICATION FOR CLOSE OUT.

Base award description: IGF::OT::IGF THIS REQUIREMENT IS CALL ORDER #1 BEING PLACED AGAINST THE VBA "VOICE OF THE VETERAN" SATISFACTION SURVEY BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA); THE CALL ORDER/BPA IS AWARDED AGAINST THE GSA MOBIS SCHEDULE OF A SINGLE VENDOR (JD POWER&ASSOCIATES); THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD A SURVEY INSTRUMENT, VIA TELEPHONE, IN ORDER TO TRACK SATISFACTION WITH THE PEOPLE, PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY OF VBA S CALL CENTERS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE 36,000 SURVEYS ANNUALLY NO MORE THAN 3,000 TOTAL EACH MONTH, AT A MINIMUM OF 300 PER CALL CENTER, PER MONTH. ALL SURVEY INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED VIA TELEPHONE BY A LIVE-INTERVIEWER (NON-AUTOMATED) LOCATED IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES; THE PREDOMINANT TYPE OF FUNCTION BEING PERFORMED IS "OTHER FUNCTIONS".
