CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN OUT EXISTING ELECTRICAL MANHOLE AND PROVIDE AUXILIARY DRAINAGE. CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO INVESTIGATE TWENTY SIX (26) EXISTING MANHOLES TO DETERMIEN IF DRAINAGE ISSUES EXIST AT THE NATIONAL CEMETERY OF THE ALLEGHENIES.
