IGF::OT::IGF PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY REVISIONS AND RECONFIGURATIONS TO THE FUNCTIONAL OPERATION OF THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT THE GRAND JUNCTION VETERANS HEALTH SYSTEM. THIS WORK SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXISTING AUTOMATIC THROW-BACK (ATO) SWITCH.
