IGF::OT::IGF INSTITUE OF MEDICINE CONSENSUS COMMITTE WILL IDENTIFY AND CREATE TWO REPORTS ON DOMAINS AND MEASURES THAT CAPTURE THE PRIORITY SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF STANDARDIZED ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS.
