IGF::OT::IGF COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION TOOLING AND SUPPORT BPA TO 4 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A JIVE SBS HOSTING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE OIA FORUMFORUS COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY, COMPRISED OF SOFTWARE CONNECTIVITY AND ONLINE SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLS, AND SHALL PROVIDE ANCILLARY SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDING HELP DESK SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT.
