IGF::OT::IGF - COURT RECORDER SERVICES (CRS) ARE REQUIRED FOR DEPOSITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH U.S. CIVILIAN BOARD OF CONTRACT APPEALS (CBCA 4078) TO BE HELD AT THE VA NCO-17 OFFICE IN ARLINGTON, TEXAS. THE APPELLANT ON THIS ACTION IS AFFILIATED WESTERN, INC. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, TO RECORD AND TRANSCRIBE DEPOSITIONS AND OFFICIAL HEARING TESTIMONY, ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS.
