Description
PACKAGING, LABELING, TRANSPORT, MANIFESTING, AND DISPOSAL OF AN INVENTORY OF RADIOACTIVE SOURCES, LIQUIDS, STANDARDS, AND FROZEN ANIMAL CARCASES. AN INSPECTION REVEALED THE PREVIOUS MANAGER OF THE HAZMAT PROGRAM LEFT HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN UNSAFE PLACES AND DID NOT DISPOSE OF THE ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT IS AN URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR THE NEW MANAGER TO HAVE THESE ITEMS REMOVED IMMEDIATELY.
