Description
VIABLE AIR TESTING IS REQUIRED BY USP CHAPTER797 TO MONITOR AIR QUALITY OF IV (CLEAN) ROOM ENVIRONMENT. THE TEST MUST BE PERFORMED BIANNUALLY (TWICE A YEAR) IN PHARMACY IV ROOMS (PAD, LIVERMORE AND MENLO PARK) AND THE COMPANY VALIDATION SYSTEM INCORPORATED (VSI) WILL COLLECT AIR SAMPLES FROM VARIOUS AREAS OF IV ROOMS AS REQUIRED BY USP 797.
