1 VENDOR WILL SERVICE, PERFORM 12 MO 365.00 4380.00 MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF WASTE GENERATED BY THIS EQUIPMENT AT THE MONTGOMERY CAMPUS. ALL WASTE GENERATED BY THIS MACHINE SHALL BE HANDLED BY VENDOR TO INCLUDE ALL WASTE MANIFESTING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL IAW EPA, DOT&ADEM REGULATIONS. LINDA KOOKER WILL BE COTR OF THIS CONTRACT. THE NEW CONTRACT SHALL BEGIN ON 10/1/10 THROUGH 9/30/11. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE PAID MONTHLY IN THE REAR PER MONTH FOR ALL SERVIES OUTLINED IN THIS CONTRACT.
