_____________ 1 VENDOR WILL PROVIDE ALL PARTS, 1 JB LABOR, PROGRAMMING AND TESTING TO INSTALL 21 TV ISOLATION MODULES AT THE CENTRAL ALABAMA VETERANS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (TUSKEGEE CAMPUS - BLDG 129), 2400 HOSPITAL ROAD, TUSKEGEE, ALABAMA 36083. INSTALLATION WILL ALSO INCLUDE A 1-YEAR WARRANTY OF ALL PARTS AND LABOR. CONTRACTOR WILL ALSO SEAL ALL PENETRATIONS THAT ARE MADE DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THIS EQUIPMENT, CABLING, ETC. PENETRATIONS WILL BE INSPECTED BY A BIOMEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE. VENDOR WILL CONTACT BIOMED TECH (REGINALD GWATHNEY) AT 334-7-0550, EXT. 3051 FOR LOCATIONS. ITEMS PER JB: 1
