CONSULTANT WILL PROVIDE A TOTAL OF 3 TO 4 DAYS OF CONSULTATION AND EDUCATION AT EACH MEDICAL CENTER EVALUATING THE ORGANIZATION'S CONTINUOUS SURVEY READINESS BASED ON COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE TJC ACCREDITATION STANDARDS, RELATED SURVEY AND SCORING PROCESS AT EACH FACILITY.
