MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT IS FOR 40 HOURS PLUS 4 EMERGENCY CALLS PER YEAR FOR HONEYWELL MAINTENANCE. THIS AGREEMENT COVERS SOFTWARE FOR THE HONEYWELL AUTOMATION TEMPERATURE CONTROL. IT DOES INCLUDE SOFTWARE PATCHES. ALL DRIVE TIME AND REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
