A BULK MAILING LIST WITH INDIVIDUAL VETERANS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE PUBLISHER FOR INDIVIDUAL MAILINGS. ALSO THERE WILL BE DELIVERY TO THE VISN 9 OFFICE AT 1801 WEST END AVENUE, SUITE 600, NASHVILLE, TN 37203.
