IGF::OT::IGF GENERATE A FLUORESCENT PROTEIN TAGGED NAV1.8 CHANNEL IN H9 STEM CELL LINE BY PURCHASING A CUSTOMIZED SERVICE THAT HELPS DO THE GENOME EDITING AND CELL SELECTION. THIS ENGINEERED STEM CELL LINE WILL GREATLY HELP RESEARCH IN THE CHRONIC PAIN OF THE VETERANS. ALL THE PROTOCOLS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS STUDY HAVE ALREADY BEEN APPROVED. THE STEM CELL LINE BEING USED IS ALREADY APPROVED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THIS ENGINEERED CELL LINE WILL BE USED TO EXPLORE THE CONTRIBUTION OF NAV1.8 SODIUM CHANNEL TO THE CHRONIC PAIN OF THE VETERANS.
