Base award description: VBA MEDICAL DISABILITY EXAMINATIONS (SOLE SOURCE BRIDGE CONTRACT) AS AUTHORIZED UNDER PUBLIC LAW 104-275 | THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL RESOURCES NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE DELIVERABLES DESCRIBED IN THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS), EXCEPT AS MAY OTHERWISE BE SPECIFIED.
