Description
IGF::OT::IGF THE PRIVACY SECURITY EVENT TRACKING SYSTEM (PSETS) APPLICATION IS AN EVENT TRACKING APPLICATION USED TO MANAGE PRIVACY AND SECURITY RELATED EVENTS THROUGH THE LIFECYCLE OF REPORTING, MONITORING AND RESOLVING THE EVENT. THE PSETS APPLICATION IS CUSTOM BUILT WITH OVER 700 WORKFLOWS AND INTEGRATIONS. THE PSETS APPLICATION IS A VEHICLE USED BY VA TO COMPLY WITH HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT (HIPAA), HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR ECONOMIC AND CLINICAL HEALTH (HITECH) ACT AND UNITED STATES COMPUTER EMERGENCY READINESS TEAM (US-CERT) REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND TO PROVIDE THE CONGRESS WITH FEDERALLY MANDATED REPORTS TO INCLUDE THE DATA BREACH QUARTERLY REPORT REQUIRED BY PUBLIC LAW 109-46L, VETERANS BENEFITS, HEALTH CARE, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT OF 2006.
