THE BAY PINES VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS RECRUITING FOR A FULL-TIME BOARD CERTIFIED/ELIGIBLE ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON TO JOIN OUR EXISTING ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY STAFF TO PROVIDE CARE IN A BUSY OUTPATIENT AND INPATIENT PRACTICE. BAY PINES IS A THRIVING 559 BED MEDICAL CENTER LOCATED ON FLORIDA'S GULF COAST. WE HAVE A LARGE VETERAN POPULATION WHICH PRESENTS A VARIETY OF ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY NEEDS. APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE ASTRONG CLINICAL BACKGROUND; AND MUST BE PROFICIENT AND HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH FRACTURE AND COMPLEX REVISION ARTHROPLASTIES. FELLOWSHIP TRAINING IN ARTHOPLASTY IS PREFERRED. TEACHING AND RESEARCH INTERESTS ARE A PLUS. RELOCATION BONUS, AS WELL AS, TUITION LOAN PAYBACK PROGRAM, MAY BE AVAILABLE.
