Base award description: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL RESOURCES NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE DELIVERABLES DESCRIBED IN THIS PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT IN PROVIDING SPACE PLANNING SERVICES WITH A SPACE UTILIZATION PLAN THAT WILL FACILITATE THE MOVES OF APPROXIMATELY 700-1000 EMPLOYEES IN THE VETERANS AFFAIRS CENTRAL OFFICE CAMPUS. THIS CONTRACT CONTAINS 4 1-YEAR OPTIONS.
