THE AE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER SERVICES TO DESIGN AN ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS MODERNIZATION INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT THE ALBANY VA MEDICAL CENTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS DESIGN SCOPE OF WORK.
