ACTIVATION - PROVIDE TEMPORARY ACTIVATION LABOR STAFFING IN SUPPORT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS EASTERN COLORADO HEALTH CARE SYSTEM FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICE (FMS) AND THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICE (SCMS). THIS CONTRACT SHALL PROVIDE FMS AND SCMS SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE DEACTIVATION OF THE CLERMONT CAMPUS AND THE ACTIVATION OF THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGIONAL VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER.
