Base award description: COMBINED HEAT AND POWER (CHP) SYSTEM MAINTENANCE. THE CONTRACTOR WILL FIRST TROUBLESHOOT THE SYSTEM AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS TO BRING THE SYSTEM TO A FULLY OPERATIONAL STATUS. THEY WILL THEN MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM OVER THE LIFE OF THE CONTRACT.
