Base award description: PROJECT 578-21-028. THE ROOF OF BUILDING 48 CURRENTLY ALLOWS MOISTURE TO PASS THROUGH TO THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE SKYLIGHT FRAMING SHOWS SEVERE SIGNS OF RUST, AND THE FLASHING BETWEEN IT AND THE ROOF IS NO LONGER SATISFACTORY.
