CLAIR COUNTY, MICHIGAN. THE PARENT FACILITY FOR THIS CBOC IS THE JOHN D. DINGELL VAMC (JDDVAMC) IN DETROIT, MICHIGAN. THE CBOC MUST HAVE THE NECESSARY PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL STAFF, DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND TREATMENT CAPABILITY, AND REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS NEEDED TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF HEALTH CARE - EXERCISE OPTION YEAR 4
