THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, VEHICLES, CERTIFICATIONS, SUPERVISION, AND ALL OTHER TECHNOLOGIES AND TECHNICAL SERVICES TO PROVIDE COURT REPORTER SERVICES TENNESSEE VALLEY HEALTHCARE SYSTEM (TVHS).
