THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE FIXED EQUIPMENT INVENTORY / BAR CODE SCAN (PHYSICAL INVENTORY) OF EQUIPMENT LOCATED IN 7 LOCATIONS.-OPTION 1 - MOD TO DEOBLIGATE EXCESS FUNDS
