ORM HAS A NEED TO OUTSOURCE INVESTIGATION SERVICES TO SUPPORT THEIR MISSION TO PROVIDE EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (EEO) DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT PROCESSING SERVICES TO VA EMPLOYEES, APPLICANTS FOR EMPLOYMENT AND FORMER EMPLOYEES.
