THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) SERVICES TO ASSIST THE VA IN MANAGING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE RENOVATION OF BUILDING ONE.
