THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA), INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS AND SERVICE END USER OPERATIONS HAS A REQUIREMENT TO PROCURE FORTY-EIGHT (48) LEVEL 2 WIRELESS ACCESS POINTS (WAPS), EACH WITH A ONE (1)-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY, TWELVE (12) LEVEL 3 WAPS, EACH WITH A ONE (1)-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY, ONE (1) HIGH DENSITY MODULAR LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) ACCESS SWITCH WITH A ONE (1)-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY, SIX (6) STACKABLE NETWORK ACCESS SWITCHES, EACH WITH A ONE (1)-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY, TWO (2) CLASS C ROUTERS, EACH WITH A ONE (1)-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY, INCIDENTAL SOFTWARE, AND INCIDENTAL HARDWARE PURSUANT TO THE COMMODITIES ENTERPRISE CONTRACT (CEC). THIS EQUIPMENT WILL BE USED FOR ACTIVATING THE JOHNSON COUNTY COMMUNITY BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC, THE MENTAL HEALTH BUILDING, AND THE RESEARCH FACILITY AT THE KANSAS CITY, VA MEDICAL CENTER.
