SIGNING BONUSES OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR RN AND LPN AND THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR CNA. BONUS PER SHIFT. SIGN ON INCENTIVE BONUSES PAID TO NURSING STAFF AT THE VIRGLNIA VETERANS CARE CENTER WOULD BE BE PAID OVER THE FIRST YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS. LNSTALLMENTS WILL BE PAID AFTER THREE, SIX AND TWELVE MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT. LNCENTIVES PAID FOR ADDITIONAL SHIFTS WORKED ARE VERIFIED BY THE SHIFT SUPERVISOR AND AGAINST THE ORIGINAL WORK SCHEDULE TO INSURE THE COMPENSATION IS DUE AND THAT THE SHIFT WAS COMPLETED. EMPLOYEES ARE NOTIFIED THAT THEY MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE ADDITIONAL SHIFT TO RECEIVE THE INCENTIVE. IF AN EMPLOYEE ARRIVES LATE OR LEAVES BEFORE THE SHIFT ENDS, THEY ARE INELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION. $245,000
