TOTAL REQUEST WAS $200,000 OF WHICH VA WILL PAY HALF OR $100,000 AND SVH WILL CONTRIBUTE THE OTHER HALF. THEIR PROGRAM WILL CONSIST OF CNA TUITION REIMBURSEMENT, OVERTIME BONUSES, PERFECT ATTENDANCE (NO CALL-OUT) BONUSES, AND A STAFF APPRECIATION FUND. THE TUITION PROGRAM WILL BE USED AS A HIRING INCENTIVE TO ATTRACT NEW APPLICANTS WITH THE GOAL TO HIRE 5 NEW EMPLOYEES. THE OVERTIME BONUS IS USED TO ENCOURAGE STAFF TO WORK WEEKENDS DURING STAFFING SHORTAGES.
