TOTAL REQUEST WAS $117,500 OF WHICH THE VA WILL PAY HALF OR $58,750 AND THE SVH WILL CONTRIBUTE THE OTHER HALF. THIS WILL PROVIDE FUNDS FOR RETENTION BONUSES FOR LPNS AND RNS WHO COMPLETE ONE YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT. THIS BONUS WILL BE USED TO AWARE NEW HIRES WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A $5,000 BONUS AND CURRENT EMPLOYEES WHO WILL REACH THEIR ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY AND ONLY RECEIVE HALF OF THE INCENTIVE PAYMENT.
